At GOODIES CREATION SDN. BHD., we take pride in offering unique party decorations, personalized gifts, and birthday-related items designed to bring joy and celebration to your special moments. While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and cancellations may be requested and processed.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

  • Company, We, Us, or Our refers to GOODIES CREATION SDN. BHD.
  • Customer, You, or Your refers to the individual or entity making a purchase on our website or through our official sales channels.
  • Products refer to all goods sold by GOODIES CREATION SDN. BHD., including but not limited to party decorations, personalized gifts, balloons, party favors, and birthday-related items.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return and refund window from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
  • Returned items must not be customized or modified in any way after delivery.

If your item was damaged during shipping or arrived with defects, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence to initiate a resolution.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Please note that refund times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at goodies_creation@outlook.com with your order details and photographs of the product.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at goodies_creation@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide the order number, reason for return, and clear photographs (if applicable).
  3. Wait for our team to review your request and provide further instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

6. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

To cancel an order:

  • Email goodies_creation@outlook.com within 12 hours of purchase with your full name, order number, and the word “CANCEL” in the subject line.
  • If the request is submitted within the allowed cancellation window and the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once the 12-hour cancellation window has passed or the order has entered processing or shipment stages, we will be unable to cancel the order.
